Delivery abroad by the services of Ukrposhta/DHL — Worldwide, from 14 days according to the carrier's tariffs.
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods, it is paid by the buyer.
If the value of the order is from UAH 4,000, the delivery is paid by the seller.

HOW TO MEASURE?
1. Chest girth (BUST) This measurement is taken at the most convex points of the chest. The centimeter should fit tightly, but without tension, to the body.
2. Waist girth (WAIST) You need to take the measurement at the narrowest place, tightly hugging the waist.
3. Hip girth (HIP) This measure is measured on the convex points of the buttocks.
4. Product length. It is measured from the upper edge to the lower edge of the product along the back.
Importantly! You need to take the measurements at an angle of 90 degrees, that is, place the centimeter tape at an angle of 90 degrees in the convex parts of the body.
Depending on the style of the product and the type of fabric used, the size range may vary slightly.
Tip: If your size is on the border of two sizes and you are in doubt about the choice - choose a smaller one if the fabric stretches, or a larger one if the fabric product does not stretch.

The buyer has the right to exchange a good quality product within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase under the following conditions:
- if the product has not been used and its appearance has been preserved (no dirt, defects or perfume smell), consumer properties, seals, labels, original packaging;
- available settlement document, issued to the consumer together with the sold goods;
- a completed return or exchange form. Download here.
Used goods cannot be exchanged or returned.
RETURN THE PRODUCT:
- deliver the goods by courier or post службою.
Shipping of returned goods is paid by the buyer.
Funds are returned to the buyer within 7 (seven) business days afteractual receipt of the goods by the seller.
In the case of product exchange, the new product is sent only after the previous product has been received by the seller.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS PURCHASED IN AN ONLINE STORE
- Fill out the application and return certificate, which are in the packaging with the product.
- Take a photo of the completed application and return certificate and send it to us in a convenient way for you: by mail kartnate.design@gmail.com or telegram KartNate.
- The manager will confirm the returnor, if necessary, ask for amendments to the statement or act.
- After the manager has confirmed the return, put in the box: the product, a receipt confirming payment for the product, a completed application and a certificate of return.
- Send everything to the address specified by the manager. After we receive the parcel, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the goods within 7 (seven) working days.
In the case of returning or exchanging the goods, the buyer pays the shipping costs.
The warranty period for the product is 30 calendar days from the moment of purchase of the product. In cases of technological defects of goods that do not depend on the buyer, a free service is provided to eliminate them.
Pre-ordering is a reliable way to be the first to receive new products. Pre-ordering allows the buyer to secure the selected product in advance.
As soon as production notifies that the product is ready, our sales managers open the pre-order file and begin packing the products for shipment. This happens by following the queue.
"First stage" - 100% advance payment of the product, "Second stage" - ordering the product without prepayment.
If during the waiting process you change your mind about placing an order, we will return the funds in any form convenient for you.
HOW TO MAKE A PRE-ORDER:
- order the product on the website and pay 100% of the cost (through a secure payment system), thus you guarantee yourself the opportunity to receive the product first.
- order the product by choosing the payment method "cash on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch". Please note that by specifying this payment method, your order will be sent in the "second order" order.
If you buy several products on the website, but one of them is pre-ordered, we will arrange delivery in a convenient way for you:
- Divide the order into parts: first you will receive the available goods, and later those on pre-order.
- Receive all items together when the pre-order item is manufactured.
The methods of payment and delivery remain according to the defined rules of our site.

GENERAL CARE RULES:
- sort and store clean things separately from dirty things - hygienically and practically.
- store things in tightly closed cabinets to avoid dust and active sunlight once more, try to ventilate it regularly.
- it is better to fold dense knitted sweaters neatly on the shelf of the closet, and not store them on a hanger, so they will stretch less. Do the opposite with dresses, shirts and pants.
- do not machine wash or iron leather goods, they can be treated with special water-repellent agents. It is better to store it in a bag, carefully folded, or on a hanger.
Wash correctly:
- we sort things by color (white, black, colored);
- set a special washing mode;
- use powder or other means in accordance with the recommendations on the label;
- fasten all zippers and buttons before washing;
- items decorated with rhinestones are washed in a special bag on delicate mode;
- do not leave laundry in the drum of the machine for a long time, immediately hang it up.
